Step 4: Review the terms and select the desired payment plan
Step 5: Once you are approved >> You will receive one-time-use virtual card to complete transaction. Once you have received the virtual visa card, THEN you need to call at 714-960-1911 ” Craig, Manager for OC Safety” to assists you to register online with using the virtual credit card that was approved from Affirm.
